Line Spacing

I am attempting to duplicate an existing form done in a legacy system.  This
form has varying vertical distances between lines most of which are about
1.5 times the default distance SQR prints.  I need to be able to alter the
distance between lines but I can't figure out how to do it.  I have tried
altering point-size, pitch (along with font-type).
This is probably pretty obvious but I need some insight into this.  I am
using SQR version 4.3 and printing on an HP Laserjet.
