Error writing to File/Printer - Kind of Timing out

Hi Gurus,

We have PS 7.57, Informix 7.31TC2, WinNT (Service Pack 3 for Question1,
service pack 4 in Question2).
This is not a 100% SQR only question, but still I am posting
here. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

1)
When I run a SQR process : PLS1000.SQR (DataLink),
(output destination - file), which generates command file for red paper,
fails giving following error :

(SQR 5403) Error Writing the output file.
(22): Invalid argument.
SQR : Program Aborting.

I checked, hard disk space, I have plenty
of room available (8GB). This process is expected to create a
command file of size approx 99MB. It does creates a file
upto 90MB, then fails.
This process was running OK before.

2)For a custom SQR report, I get same error.
In here, I select to print on printer.

(SQR 5403) Error Writing the output file.
(22): Invalid argument.
SQR : Program Aborting.

This same report run ok for different business unit.
Just for one of the Business Unit it gives this error, for which I have lot
of data and it takes longer to run.

Any idea will be greatly appreciated.
