Mark,
I have used include files for the set up, but
did not re-use the begin-setup and end-setup commands
in the file(s). If you use this you have only 1 setup
section with multiple include files. Maybe this solves
the problem?
Something like
begin-setup
#include 'lookuptablefile'
#include 'printerfile'
#include 'databasefile'
end-setup
