There are two ways to suppress the message, but since you stated you cannot change the sqr.ini, the first would not be an option for you.
One can either set the OutputTwoDigitYearWarningMsg=TRUE in the sqr.ini or do something like:
to_char(A.MY_DATE) &mydate
HTH...

Subject: (SQR 7501) Date-Edit-Mask Warning
I'm getting this error:
Warning on line 58:
(SQR 7501) Using YY edit mask from (YYMMDD) against (1999)
I am intending to print only the last two digits of the year. I cannot
change the SQR.INI file in any way. Is there a way to get rid of these
warnings for individual files?
If not, how will these warnings affect system performance?
Thank you in advance.
