Need Help Printing Address on W-2

Hi Gurus,
Has anyone tried printing the mailing address of an Employee on a W-2. Well,
we are using 'Legal' paper with LSR01(4 vertical) form and I need to print
the mailing address of the Employee at the bottom of the W-2 like the way it
prints on the Pay check. I would like to know what customizations I need to
do to the TAX910PR.sqr
