That's right, so it will be:
Evaluate $NIVEAU
when = '2'
let $where = 'CREATOR = "' || $CODE || '"'
break
when = '4'
let $where = 'TYPE = "' || $CODE '"'
break
End-If
single-quotes overrule double-quotes of course...
