SQRW 4.3.4 LOGON ERROR MESSAGE

SORRY!!  I thought the error message would go through, but it didn't...here
it is....

(SQR 5528) ORACLE ORLON error -3121 in cursor 0:
   Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-03121
(SQR 4701) Cannot Logon to database


I was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas as to how to correct for
this error when running an SQR through SQRW 4.3.4.  Every time I try to find
my file through the file search, I get this error.  I read a previous
posting mentioning the same problem and the fix of typing in the filename
path manually.  This seems to work.  There was also a mention of making sure
that your autoexec.bat file has c:\orawin95\bin in the path.  I checked that
and it already has it listed in the path.  I would appreciate any and all
suggestions to PERMANENTLY resolve the issue as opposed to the quick fix.
The problem is client specific and I am the only one getting the error.  It
seemed to turn up after I had been tinkering around with the registry
settings......Any ideas are GREATLY appreciated.
