One work-around to both these problems is to publish your reports in PDF
format.  As other messages here have said, SQR can now output PDF format
directly starting; if you don't have a version that does this you might
want to get an upgrade and give -printer:pd a try for your reports....

Your users will have to have Acrobat installed on their machines, but
that's a lot easier to do that trying to get the SQR viewer installed
on all those machines (and it can be a plug-in).  Plus, PDF files can be
printed without the problems you see printing from HTML.
