I ran a search on MICR.TTF and found the following:
http://www.internetchecks.com/  Every thing you ever wanted to know about
MICR and ordering info.
http://www.checksnet.com/DEMO2.HTM Another package that includes the font
http://www.micrwarehouse.com/ware_faq.html Another package, font and more
MICR info.

Hope one of these will help you.  I did not find any free MICR true-type
fonts.
