Printing Problem

Hi,

We use an SQR which generates Employee Bio Data along with his Photograph.
We kept all the bmp files in a Directory with the respective EMPLID's as the
file names. When the SQR is run it takes the EMPLID from the Run Control
Table and picks up the right bmp file. Well, till here it is working fine.
But the trouble is all the bmp files are not of same size. Some photographs
are big and some are small. When it is big it compresses the image and fits
into the box and when it is small it elongates so as to suit the dimensions
mentioned in the SQR. The code for printing the image is below:

print-image (4,1,30)
TYPE = BMP-FILE
SOURCE = $image_dir
IMAGE-SIZE=(33,18)

What size should my bmp files should be so that i can get image on my SQR
report without compressions and elongations. Is there any software that can
size all the photographs with varying sizes. Please let me know if any one
has some solution for this problem.
