Philippe,

If you are using CSS HRizon, you can use the record editor.  Once in the
record editor, select Edit ->> Where Field Used

In the box, type the first few letters of the field you are interested in.

Then, click on the drop down arrow and select the appropriate field from the
list.

The records that field are defined in will be listed in the left hand side
of the box.
