Hi John,

We experienced the same error that "should never occur" although it
happened right after an attempt to get Remote Preview to run.  Apparently
doing so overwrote the previous version of the grafcap file, which
resulted in the 6458 error on any report which included a chart (grafcap
contains hardware/image file type informaton).

Simply copying the file from another machine did not resolve the matter -
I ended up reinstalling - although I admit I might not have selected the
right version of the file to copy...  Tech Support thought the file copy
should work.
