SQR grafcap Question

Hello

Has anyone ever heard of the term grafcap?

I using SQR version 4.3.2 for sqlbase and I am trying to develop a barchart
in a report. When I use a Sqribe supplied report to do this I get the error
message '006458 Unsupported grafcap device'.  The fix is 'this is an error
that should never occur during normal operations. Record the steps leading
up to the error and contact customer support'. I also tried to create my own
from the example out of SQR for PeopleSoft and other applications which
resulted in the same message.

I have a two part question, Part 1 - Why am I getting this error and Part 2
How do I fix it? :)
