Per Eriksson,

Newer versions of SQR (since 4.3.1) provide "automatic" CSV
support through the -EH_CSV.  If you're using 4.3.x or 5.1
you may be able to take advantage of these features.  Our
SQR Programmer Reference Card includes a hint at some of them:

As others have pointed out, you can modify your SQR program
to produce CSV output.  Consider using our "csv.sqh" library
to help.  Visit:
