You can associate a starting directory with the VisualSQRibe icon on the
desktop.  After you open VisualSQRibe using the icon, whenever you open
a file, it will default to that directory.

I do find it annoying that VisualSQRibe does not remember the last opened
directory, but instead goes back to its default directory every time.
