You should be able to use the PRINT-BAR-CODE (TYPE=10) to do this;
you may not actually need to download a font. I have done this
and it has worked just fine on both HP and PostScript printers.
One thing to note, however, is that our U.S. Post Office required
that we get some kind of "certification" that our zip+4 codes
were correct, and that we were using authorized postnet bar coding
software. In our case, it was easier to just buy a $49 product/service
which does this and use SQR to produce the file that we downloaded to
the PC and into this program (which then sends the addresses to
a service bureau and prints out the required certificate and
mailing labels/envelopes).
