Enhanced HTML(-printer:eh)

To All,

I am attempting to use the -printer:eh sqr flag without any success.  The
-printer:ht works but my fonts are jacked up.  I am using version 4.3.4.  It
worked in 4.3.2.  Is this a bug?  Is there any work around.  Did they change
the way that you use it.  I am using a declare-printer call in my setup
section seeting my printer to an HP.  Any ideas?
