Problem with HRMS7.01 FSA005 SQR

Has anyone else been in this situation??
We went live mid year and did not bring over FSA claim detail. We are also
paid 2 weeks in arrears.
The FSA quarterly statements were printed this week and the balances are
incorrect.
Obviously because we have no history it cant calc prior quarter but totals
such as
'Amount Currently Available ' are YTD totals not Quarter End totals.
Has anyone customized this SQR??
