Correct. The compares for PeopleCode (record and menu) are C++ programs, and
run in the foreground.

I don't believe that it is an SQR.  It runs differently than the compare
SQRs.  The process  does however produce a .lis file -  UPGCRPC.LIS  for the
record peoplecode and  UPGCMPC.LIS for menu peoplecode.
