PeopleCode compare SQR

Hi all! 

We are using P.Soft HRMS 7.01, SQR 3.?, on Oracle.  I can't seem to find the SQR program that compares PeopleCode from Database to Database.  I have run the panel, panel group, record compares successfully from Application Designer, and from SQR, but when I try to run the P.Code compare from App. Designer, nothing happens - no errors either.  Someone mentioned that they might have changed the process for P.Code compares..  

Can someone tell me what is going on?  Thanks in advance for your help!
