Running version 3.5 and 4.0 together

Hi There,

I have a client that is currently running on sqr 3.5. They want to
slowly upgrade to sqr 4.0. I also have 3.5 on one machine and 4.0 on another
at home and have tried to install both of them on the same machine
and have had no luck. Has anyone tried this and was it successful?
I have the just the client version they I believe have both
client and server. They have windows 98 and NT. If someone has
done this successfully can you help by telling us how we can
do this.
