-ZIF Flag in SQR 4.3.4

Hello and Thanks in Advance

We have just upgraded from SQR 3.0.18 to 4.3.4.  We are now getting Date
format errors.  When I add the -ZIF flag to read the Network PSSQR.INI, the
SQR's run fine.

Can you tell me if the -ZIF flag is now required in 4.3.4?

Does needing this alternative SQR.INI file indicate an apparent issue/error?
