Calling SQRW.DLL via Access or VB5

Group,

There was some activity here which dealt with calling
sqrw.dll via Access or VB5. Has anyone managed to
successfully do it without getting an "illegal
operation" in KRNL386?

VB5 crashes repeatedly after running the test sqr.

BTW, when run as a shell process I have no problems.
