Christopher's suggestion sounds like a go'er, but I just thought I'd mention
that you could set NOMAIL and then catch up on the web archives at
www.sqrug.com when you get back.  That way you wouldn't "miss anything".

In the OOO Assistant, choose "Advanced" and you can check "Only Items that
do NOT match these conditions".  Then go back and create a simple rule that
checks when you receive list mail.
