I'm glad you've found the enlightenment, peace, and contentment that can
come from spending a few 1/100's of a second with your delete key.
Congratulations.

I would wager that if you took all of the combined time it has taken to
press the delete key to rid yourself of unwanted office assistant replies,
it would come no where close to the amount of time you *previously* obsessed
over the fact that you were receiving these messages.

Perhaps others could follow your example...
