Re: Office Assistants [was Mailers]



One option is to used the commands of the program that manages the list.

For example you can set your subscription to not recieve any mail for a
period of time by sending

SET SQR-USERS NOMAIL

to:

listserv@list.iex.net

when you get back, then reset your options to:

SET SQR-USERS MAIL
