strange PS code in SQR (redundant)

Hi all,

A friend of mine is showing me some code (below) and asking what it does,
since the table does not appear to be defined in either Oracle or PS.
Anyone seen anything like this?  What's with the ##PS_INTFC_BI_HT1 table
name?  It exists in the biif0001.sqc bisetup3.sqc programs.
