HP Printer types

Hi!,
   Can any one tell me :
1. What versions of HP printers are supported by SQR.
2. In SQR  '$' is for character datatype and '#' is for number datatype ,
there is no datatype for date , so how can I do the date arithmatics, like
comparisons.
