Re: SQRW
Hi Aboukr,
When I run SQR's using my single-user version of PS 7.0 HRMS, I use a batch
file such as this:
cd c:\hr700su\sqlbase
c:\hr700su\sqrbinw\sqrw.exe c:\hr700su\sqr_uc\SQRFILENAME.sqr
hrdmo/sysadm/sysadm -ic:\Hr700su\sqr\;c:\hr700su\sqr_uc\
-mc:\Hr700su\sqr\allmaxes.max -oc:\windows\temp\sqr.log -fC:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ -
lockrl -cb -debug
This automates the process of loading SQRW, logging on to the database and
specifying the directory for your output file. You'll have to make whatever
changes are necessary, including changing the pathnames and filenames. In
this particular batch file, I have also specified a directory that I created
to hold my sqr's and sqc's (c:\hr700su\sqr_uc\). This directory also has to
be added as one of the SQR Report Search directories in your configuration
manager under Process Scheduler. (I have it added as the fourth search
string.)
Hope this helps.
Neil

Hi there,
I’m trying to run SQRW from windows, and I’m having two errors (I’ve
attached a screen-shot) of the error messages. I’m using Windows95, PS
7.0 Public Sector Single User version, SQLBase.
Any idea on how to run SQRW from Windows??
TIA
