Not able to register SQRW.DLL in windows registery

Hi !
As I would like to call sqrw function from Visual
Basic. First I  am suppose to register using regsvr32
in windows registery.  When I try to  register
SQRW.DLL
It gives following error message
 "c:\windows\system\sqrw.dll was loaded , but the
DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.

  DllRegisterserver may not be exported, or a corrupt
version of c:\windows\system\sqrw.dll may be in
memory. Consider using PView to detect and remove it"

Any solution to this problem is welcome.
