SQR-USERS FAQ
Wayne, Adam, Nathan, et al,
Has anyone had direct experience with "faq-o-matic"? This is a
web/cgi application which allows a group of users to create a
self-service faq. I think it has features that allow people to
volunteer as editors/moderators for certain areas (e.g., PeopleSoft,
Image Printing, SQRUG/SQR-USERS, etc.), and mechanisms for end-users
to provide feedback to the answers given.
For an example of a faq-o-matic, visit the one for the Debian/GNU
Linux project:
http://www.debian.org/fom/1.html
Follow the link "About this FAQ" if you're curious about how
FAQ-o-Matic works, what moderators do, etc.
My questions:
1) Should we try to set something like this up for SQR-USERS?
2) Does anyone have a suggested outline for FAQ topics/questions?
3) Are there any volunteers to serve as editors/moderators
for specific areas?
