Krishna,
You don't need to use #Include setupdpx.sqc. You can add the duplex on/off
escape sequence in your BEGIN-SETUP procedure.

Exp:
BEGIN-SETUP
printer-init <27>&l1S   ! This will print report on both sides.
END-SETUP

!  &l1S is duplex on
!  &l0S is duplex off
