Joe,
This is just a guess but maybe you don't have write privileges to the
directory where you are trying to create the text file.  Try specifying
the full path to a directory where you know you have write permissions.

LET $GMExecFile='c:\temp\ZFS04014.txt'     !In Begin-Report
