SQR on Sun Unix

We have an SQR program that will run on the workstation but will not run on
the Sun Unix server.  The error message is:

Error in include file "/home/derno/convoy/inc_v30/ccval1.inc" on line 1600:
(SQR 4707) No value found for substitution variable: {rejectfile_prefix}
'{RejectFile_Prefix}', $Reject_File )
 
Errors were found in the program file.
SQR: Program Aborting.

 
It appears that the program is not reading an environment include file and
can't find the substitution variable for the file directory.
 
Here is the command line we are using:
 
 
sqr /home/derno/convoy/sqr/scc089l2.sqr  sysadm/bludayc7@sac700
-I/home/derno/convoy/inc_v30/,/home/derno/convoy/include/,/sasoft/sac700/sqr
/ -M/sasoft/sac700/sqr/allmaxes.max  -F/home/derno/convoy/logs/
-zif$PS_HOME/sqr/pssqr.unx -debugwe
 
 
Does anyone have any ideas?
