Over the years, I have modified PAY003 and DDP003 substantially for various
formatting, interfacing with Westcorp Check Print software, etc.

I have found it to be an extremely time consuming effort but since most
companies have unique means of communicating with employees it's a
necessary evil.

As far as Logos are concerned, we punted and pre-printed them on the forms.
It's faster than using pc generated logos.  We've also programmed them into
the printers.
