printing through process scheduler a bit map

We are running 7.52 PeopleSoft.  I am trying to print a bit map containing
an authorizing signature, in the footer section of the Purchase Order print
program.   I  have defined a declare-image in the set-up, a print-image just
specifying the line and starting print position.  But all I get is a greyed
out box where the signature should be.  Has anyone had any success, and if
so, what did you do to get the bit map to print out?  I am running this
through Process Scheduler, if that makes a difference.  Thanks for whatever
help you might provide.
