No Formfeed

I didn't know whether to pose it to the list or not. I am trying to print a
file like a report (not using the write feature but the print command) with
no page breaks and no formfeed characters. This file must be clear of all
ascii/format characters.

I tried using the old SQR code of no-formfeed, and it doesn't print the
formfeed characters; however, it still produces a return carriage where the
formfeed character would be. Using the new SQR code formfeed=no in the
Declare-Layout produces the same effect.

I can remove the return carriage when I increase the page size or max-lines,
but unfortunately, the file's size will number more lines and inches than
SQR can handle using the page-size, max-lines, or page-depth commands. Do
you have any suggestions?
