Re: Image printing

Title: RE: Image printing

Going from memory here, so you may need to do a little more research.....
You can use the PRINT-IMAGE command once you have defined the image in a DECLARE-IMAGE command.

ex. Declare-Image MYLOGO
        type = bmp-file
        image-size = (40,5)  !this is height & width of your desired print size
        source = 'c:\mylogo.bmp'
    End-Declare
 .....
 .....
 .....
Print-Image MYLOGO (+1,1)  !these coordinates are your normal print coordinates

The above DECLARE statement goes in your Set-Up section.  The Print-Image can go in any section. The only caution I recall is any print commands following the Print-Image you need to adjust for the image size in your print command. The print coordinates for the logo do not actually move your print cursor down the page after the image...it actually still resides at what ever position it was in before you printed your image.

Hope this helps some,

Subject: Image printing

        I know this type of question is asked alot and I have searched the
archives for an answer but...

        is it possible to print a logo without using one of the -printer
flags.

        the situation is, one of our customers is using object fax to send
their purchase orders out to vendors. when this runs as part of this the
company logo is placed in the top left hand corner, this works fine when
printed to a printer using the -printer:wp switch, ie print to file c:\temp\
-printer:wp. when the report is ran to a printer, \\servername\printer
<file://\\servername\printer>  share name the logo does not print correctly.

        can any one help ????
