If you're SENDING a message and you get it twice, it might be that
you're listing yourself as a recipient (cc?) and you're receiving
a copy from the list.

If you're simply getting two copies of every message SOMEONE ELSE
posts to the list, you're possibly subscribed twice to the list
(under different e-mail addresses that happen to both get delivered
to the same place).    Look carefully at the message header and
see if you can determine to which address(es) each copy of the message
was sent.

Or, if you're getting two copies of all messages from outside your
company (not just from SQRUG but from other senders as well), you
may need to talk to your network administrator.
