Some versions of SQRW have a hard-coded -cb flag built in to them. See

What does the printer/file box on your PeopleSoft "green light" panel
say? You probably have "c:\temp\" in yours, while your co-worker probably
does not. Note that this setting is saved with your run control id;
it's possible to change it one day and forget that you made the change
when you go use that run control id again.
