SQR decimal alignment with alter-locate money-sign

Writing a report with numeric columns using edit mask $,$$$,$$9.99ps and
proportional font (Time New Roman). The decimal is lining up correctly with
a normal print. When added the alter-locale function and changed the money
sign to 'C$', the decimal alignment is not positioning correctly. Any idea ?

Also, just wondering whether there is any way to right align a print field
as SQR seems to do left align only. Thanks !
