This is a functional not a technical problem.
Have your HR/Payroll department, or you, look at the peoplebooks on
how to turn on and off direct deposit.
Natuarly this assumes that when they where setup it was done using
a PeopleSoft panel or a valid load program.
Just going in and "changing" a field from one value to another can
work but is not the correct way to do it.
