Has anyone relinked/rebuilt the SQR Exe on Windows NT?

hi everyone

"we have written our own 'C' routines and are trying to call them thru  our
SQR's "

for doing that we have written some 'C' functions in our extufunc.c file. it
compiles and works fine.
i was wondering if someone out there could help me with the exact steps on
how we can rebuild our SQR EXE with the new extufunc.c or extufunc.obj?
iam not even sure if i have to do that to make it work, but i was going thru
the list archives and people have said that you need to relink the SQR EXE
if you wanted it to pick up the new extufunc.obj.
Does any of you folks out there have the steps one can follow to do relink
the files and rebuild a new SQR EXE.
