You might want to try adding the following lines to enhance your wordfile's
support for SQR:

/Delimiters = ~!@%^&*()+=|\/{}[]:;"'<> ,    .?
/Function String = "%Begin-Pro*"
/Marker Characters = "{}"

The function string one is the best addition, since it allows you to press F8
and get the list of all your procedures.

Todd,
I use UltraEdit, here is my wordfile.txt.  It is by no means perfect,
but it's better than no syntax highlighing at all.
