As I understand how SQR writes report it first saves the detail lines to
memory and when the SQR has ended, or forced with a new page etc., reads the
saved detail lines and adds the heading and
footers and the printer codes.
If your report file's the allocated memory then SQR prints the saved detail
lines and starts saving again.
That's what I was told a long time ago.
The only solution is to print the file or add the print control to every page
but that's not practical.
