warning message LSCX902 in SQR version 4.1.7.3(for mainframe OS390)

we just received this SQR new version 4.1.7.3, after installing and testing
it out in mainframe MVS, everything seems fine, except it always produces
the following warning(or error?) message which
we never encountered before:


LSCX902 **** WARNING **** ERRNO = EMVSNOTUP
Generated in    UNAME called from line   1694 of SQR_COMM(MAIN)   , offset
0009FA
uname failed because the OpenEdition kernel is not running, reason code
0000004E.

has anyone ever seen this, and could he tell me is this normal ? or share
his comments.
