Hi John
   I want some explanation regarding Employee not paying Taxes.
Is it that Employee Donot pay any Taxes at all on the moving Expense payments
OR
IS it your system deducts the appropriate tax amount from the payment, so that
employee do not have to pay taxes on
these amounts at the end of year.

We handle Relocation Expenses through our payroll and it always deducts the 
taxes.
