John,
   Have you considered creating a custom application within PeopleSoft
for Expenses/Reimbursements? At year end an SQR process can update
delivered PS tables instead of manual data entry... This could eliminate
the use of non-compliant software and avoid additional keying at
year-end... With 3000 employees per year being transferred it may be a
worthwhile project... and it may not be too difficult...
