I m not aware of any relocation software but the PS product is extremely 
flexible for you to build a relocation system as a module to your PS 
application.  I might be wrong as I m quickly envisioning this.  Also, you 
could bridge the two systems.  In a project, the latter could be your short 
term solution and the former...long term.

At Gap, we transfer about 3000 employees a year.  To avoid having the employees
stuck with paying taxes
on their moving expense payments, we keep records of expenses & reimbursements
