Re: Super Newbie Question

Here's how I run an SQR program without connecting to a database
in an NT environment. Its the -xl switch that does the trick.
Note that you must have use a / in the place of the database name

Q:\fs750\sqrbinw\SQRW.EXE c:\user\sqr\test.sqr
/ -xl -oc:\temp\sqr.log

Subject: Super Newbie Question

Hi.

We just attained SQR for a project. I want to compile some sample
programs but I
do not want to run it against the Oracle database just yet.

We are running SQR on NT 4.0

Do you have any suggestions for me.

Thanks in advance for all you advice.
